The Best of NWFW21 Street Style

The Big Apple was bursting with diverse flavors and colors as New York Fashion Week returned to the runways. Fashion shows were once again in full swing with designers like Proenza Schouler, Ulla Johnson, Calvin Klein and Carolina Herrera invading the runways.

There were pocket events happening simultaneously throughout the city—from Anna Wintour’s luncheon at Les Trois Chevaux, conceptual pop ups and Alo Yoga’s (NWFW’s first wellness partner) invitation-only events at the Spring Studios.

The real fashion spectacle, however, took place on the streets of New York.  An eclectic mix of styles from boho to sporty and geek chic brought the urban landscape to life. Regardless of the show or style statement, pearls were clearly the gem du jour, proving its versatility in the context of modern day dressing. In true Fashion Week manner, the all-seeing lenses of Scott Schumann, Tyler Joe, Shimabarashe Cha and Phi Oh were ever present to capture every street style moment.
